„To i Owo Pacanowo” (This and that from Pacanów) and the column "Feuds" are dominated by the events connected with the Śląsk Wrocław-Legia Warszawa match. Because of the „Piwko wracaj szybko” campaign it seems we will not soon forget this match, which was a beautiful summing-up of 2019.
„TMK” interview was dominated by the yellow-red-and-blue Lechia Dzierżoniów in the person of „Skwarka”. A mass of interesting stories, facts not widely known until now, but also answers to some highly uncomfortable questions. If you want to know how being a Ruch Chorzów fan club began in Dzierżoniów, or why the once famous Legion Sudety collapsed - this interview will satisfy your curiosity.
The "A divided city" section contains exhaustive accounts concerning Tarnowa written by Tarnovia and Unia. The description of the Swallows in particular is packed with trivia.
Mazovia Mińsk Mazowiecki presents the history of his supporting in "Smaller mobs”. Maza is one of the firms that stormed onto the Polish scene of small firms with their neat and tasteful displays. Will the lads manage to keep the bar they themselves have set so high?
Three new sections appeared with the January issue of "TMK". The first of them is "Introducing fan clubs", in which the history of the fan club was briefly presented of Pogoń Szczecin from Stargard. This section differs from "Big mobs and their fan clubs" and "A divided city" in that the first deals briefly with all the fan clubs of a given firm, while the second often concerns fan clubs from cities where there is rivalry; in Polish conditions, however, most fan clubs are dominated by one particular firm. And it is to the history of precisely such fan clubs that we devote this new section.
Another new feature is "The Terrace Puzzle". We have created a crossword for you with attractive prizes. It is worth putting in a bit of effort, because first place wins a free annual subscription to „TMK” and „TMK +”, while second place will enjoy a free annual subscription to „TMK”.
The last of the new items – more for the soul. "The Civiliser” is a place that will enrich us ;). The poem served up, supported by a comic-strip drawing, is intended to provide a moment of reflection and of looking with some distance at what we ourselves create in the fan movement.
Regular sections in this issue:
- „To i owo na bojowo” (This and that, battle-ready)
- „To i owo Pacanowo” (This and that from Pacanów)
- "Old School" – Stal Gorzyce, Elana Toruń, the Smallest
84 pages filled to the brim with the still thriving Polish fan scene. Photos, stories, reports, columns - all for PLN 10 (a subscription and one-off mail order through tomykibice.pl and skleptmk.pl are also available).
We send TMK only after payment has been made to our bank account in advance - cash on delivery is not available.
